Questions about the offer
What does the full service agreement include?
Preventive service, spare parts, labour and support. You handle the three-minute daily clean, we take care of the rest. Full service is included in the rental price and applies when all coffee and other products for the machine are purchased from Kaffeverket.
How many employees does the WMF Elevation 10 suit?
Up to 50 cups a day, which in practice means up to roughly 15 employees depending on how much coffee gets drunk. If you are more, the WMF Peak 50 or Faema X15 is a better fit.
Can we upgrade to a bigger machine later?
Yes. If the office outgrows the Elevation 10 we look at an upgrade to the WMF Peak 50 or Faema X15 and recalculate the agreement.
How quickly can the machine be in place?
We reply within 1 hour on weekdays and usually install within a week or so across Stockholm, Uppsala and Mälardalen. Installation, dialling in and staff training are included.
What is the Löfbergs ICE offer?
At installation we treat the whole office to Löfbergs ICE — a taste of iced coffee to go with the new machine.
